Hondramin is obtained from the cartilage of cattle, is a complex of proteins and nucleoproteins that have a selective effect on the cells of the cartilage tissue, it helps to regulate metabolic processes in cartilage and reduces the possibility of various lesions of the joints and spine
Clinical trials were carried out in 112 patients with osteoarthritis of the knee joints, osteochondrosis of the spine, osteoporosis. The control group consisted of 96 patients with similar diseases who were prescribed traditional treatment.
The dynamics of complaints of patients, their clinical condition, functional capabilities of the musculoskeletal system, as well as general clinical examination of blood and urine, biochemical blood picture, comparative X-ray data were assessed.
The use of Hondramin against the background of traditional therapy helped to reduce pain and joint stiffness in patients. The degree of the clinical effect depended on the stage of the course of the disease: in the elderly, the dynamics was less pronounced, but such subjective sensations were assessed as very favorable for the older age group of patients. The most characteristic was a decrease in pain and an increase in the range of motion in the diseased joints. There was a significant smoothing of the main symptoms of the course of diseases characterized by significant conservatism.
