Description Hypoteph
Tablets of white or almost white color, round, double-convex form; "marbling" and some roughness of the surface are allowed.

Auxiliary substances: hypromellose 15,000 (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose 15) - 5.05 mg, stearic acid - 2 mg, copovidone (collydon VA64, collydon BA64) - 5 mg, sodium croscarmellose (imellose) - 12 mg, silicon dioxide colloidal (aerosyl) - 2 mg, lactose monohydrate (milk sugar, lactose 80) - 45 mg, cellulose microcrystalline M102 - up to the pill mass of 200 mg.

Pharmacological effect Hypoteph:
The combined antihypertensive agent, the doses of the active components of which are 2-4 times lower than the therapeutic doses for each component. Antihypertensive effect is achieved due to simultaneous action on a large part of stages that cause the development of arterial hypertension, leading to relaxation of vessels (enalapril, vinpocetine), reduction of the amount of liquid in the body (indapamide) and normalization of cardiac activity (metoprolol). This combination prevents the growth of the tone of the brain, including ischemic damage of the brain - a condition characteristic of a very wide range of diseases, as well as for the elderly. The combination of vinpocetine helps to limit the development of lipid peroxidation, maintains partial pressure of oxygen in the brain, has an anti-edema effect and improves mental activity in arterial hypertension combined with cerebral ischemia.

- First and second degree arterial hypertension in patients over 45 years of age.
Method of use, course and dosage Vinpocetine:
Inside before eating one dose of fixed combination 1 times/day (in the morning). With insufficient efficacy and good tolerability, the dose can be increased up to 2-3 times/day, with an even distribution of time between doses. The therapeutic effect is achieved during two to three weeks of therapy.
