Pharmacological effect Indomethacin:

NSAIDs, a derivative of indolacetic acid. It has anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic effects. The mechanism of action is related to inhibition of COX enzyme, which leads to suppression of prostaglandin synthesis from arachidonic acid.
The inventive method also makes it possible to ease pain syndrome when applied externally, in particular joint pains during repose and movement, to reduce morning stiffness and swelling of joints and to increase the volume of movements.
