Description Lekofen Combo

The tablets are covered with a film shell in white or almost white, oval and double-convex.

paracetamol 500 mg
Auxiliary substances: cornstarch - 108.8 mg, Type A - 18.6 mg Crospolidone, colloidal anhydrous dioxide - 9 mg, C30 Povidone - 40 mg, pregelatinized starch - 41.6 mg, talc - 8 mg, stearic acid - 4 mg.

Shell composition: Opadray II white 85F18422 (polyvinyl alcohol - 11.16 mg, talc - 4.129 mg, macrogol 3350 - 5.636 mg, titanium dioxide - 6.975 mg).

The combined drug comprises ibuprofen (NSAID) and paracetamol (analgesic-antipyretic).

Ibuprofen has analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic and antipyretic effects. Oppressive COX-1 and COX-2, disrupts peanut acid metabolism, reduces the number of prostaglandins (pain, inflammation and hyperthermal responses mediators), both in the center of inflammation and in healthy tissues, suppresses the exudative and proliferative phases of inflammation.
