Suppositories are vaginal.
Composition
1 suppository contains:
Active substance: natamicin - 100 mg.
Adjuvants: macrogolglycerol hydroxystearate 40 - 65 mg, silicon dioxide colloid - 20 mg, solid fat - up to 2.44 g.

Antifungal agent.
Pharmacological properties
Antifungal polyene antibiotic from the macrolide group, having a wide spectrum of action. It has a fungicidal effect. Natamycin binds cell membrane sterols, disrupting their integrity and function, leading to the death of microorganisms
Indications Natamycin
- Vaginitis,
- vulvitae,
- vulvovaginitis,
- caused mainly by the fungi Candida.
Contraindications Natamycin
Increased sensitivity to the components of the drug.
With caution
Special precautions are not required when using the drug.
Method of use Natamycin
Intravaginally.
The suppository is released from the contour packing and is introduced by the pointed end thereof while lying in a position deep in the vagina, if possible, once per night for three to six days.
The duration of the treatment is determined individually. It is recommended to continue treatment for a few more days after the disease symptoms disappear. The use of suppositories is interrupted during menstruation.
If the treatment does not improve, or the symptoms become worse, or new symptoms appear, you should consult a doctor. Use the drug only according to the indications, the method of use and the doses indicated in the medical instructions.
