Description Nazol Advance
Spray nasal 0.05% in the form of clear liquid from colorless to light yellow, with a faint smell of menthol, eucalyptus and camphor.

Pharmacological effect Nazol Advance
Oxymetazoline is a topical vasoconstrictor drug for ENT applications.
This drug, which is part of the group of alpha-adrenomymetics, has a vasoconstricting effect. Through intranasal administration, it is able to reduce swelling of the mucosa of the upper respiratory tract, which facilitates nasal respiration and improves the patency of the sinuses and eustachian tubes. Positive results appear 10 to 15 minutes after use and persist for 10 to 12 hours.
Indications Nazol Advance
This drug is recommended to be used in cases of runny nose, cold and viral infections of the upper respiratory tract, as well as sinusitis and rhinitis, regardless of their causes.
Method of administration and dosage
Adults and children older than 12 years are advised to use 2-3 injections in each nasal passage twice a day. Children age 6 to 12 years (monitored by adults) should have one injection in each nasal passage 2 times a day. The use of the drug is not recommended more than 2 times a day.
The drug should not be used for more than 3 days. Continuous or prolonged use of the drug can lead to repeated or increased nasal breathing difficulties. If such symptoms occur, stopping treatment and seeking medical help is recommended.
Do not throw the head back or spray the drug while lying down while injecting.
