Lyophilizate for preparation of solution for injection in the form of a porous mass or white powder, odorless.

Auxiliary substances: wine acid - 1.04 mg, lactose monohydrate (milk sugar) - 30 mg.

Alpha-adrenoblocker is a synthetic derivative of ergot alkaloids, with bromosubstituted nicotinic acid residue attached. It has vasodilating (including in relation to the brain arteries) effect. Improves microcirculation.

Method of use, course and dosage Nicergoline

V/m, v/v and intra-arterial, having previously dissolved 0.9% chloride sodium solution, v/m - two to four mg twice per day.

B/B drip - 4-8 mg per 100 ml of saline solution of sodium chloride (if necessary, the introduction can be repeated several times a day).
Intra-arterial - 4 mg per 10 ml saline solution of sodium chloride for two minutes.
The healing effect develops gradually. The course of treatment is not less than 2 months.
