Set individually, depending on the indications, the severity of clinical manifestations, the age of the patient.

Pharmacological effect:

NSAIDs, a phenylpropionic acid derivative. It has anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic effects.

The mechanism of action is associated with the suppression of the activity of COX, the main enzyme of peanut acid metabolism, a precursor to prostaglandins, which play a major role in the pathogenesis of inflammation, pain and fever. Analgesic effect is caused by both peripheral (indirectly, through the suppression of prostaglandin synthesis) and central mechanism (by inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis in the central and peripheral nervous system). Inhibits platelet aggregation.

Application for kidney disorders
It is contraindicated in pronounced kidney dysfunction. It is used with caution in the associated diseases of the kidneys.

Use in liver disorders
It is contraindicated in cases of pronounced liver dysfunctions. It is used with caution in the case of associated liver diseases.

Application in elderly patients
Care should be taken to prescribe elderly patients in order to avoid the deterioration of underlying health conditions.
