Pain syndrome (mild or moderate) in spasms of smooth muscles of internal organs: renal colic, urinary and bladder spasm; The Bile colic; biliary dyskinesia; post-cholecystectomy syndrome; bowel colic; chronic colitis; algodismenorrhea; pelvic diseases.

For short-term treatment of arthralgia; myalgia; neuralgia, scialgia.
As an auxiliary drug Fenpiverinium bromide for pain syndrome after surgical interventions and diagnostic procedures.

How to take the drug:

Inside

Adults and adolescents over 15 years of age: One - two tab. Two - three times/day, without chewing, sucking in a little liquid.

Children aged 12-14: a single dose is one taba., the maximum daily dose is six taba. (1.5 taba. 4 times/day), children aged 8-11 years - 0.5 taba., the maximum daily dose is four taba. (one taba. 4 times/day), children aged 5-7 years - 0.5 taba., the maximum daily dose is two taba. (0.5 taba. 4 times/day).

Application for kidney disorders:

The use of the preparation in the case of severe renal insufficiency is contraindicated.

With caution, prescribe the drug Fenpiverinium bromide in case of kidney failure.

Use in liver disorders:
The use of the preparation in the case of pronounced liver failure is contraindicated.

With caution, prescribe the drug Pitofenone in liver failure.

Use in children Bral
It is contraindicated in administration of the drug Fenpiverinium bromide in childhood up to 3 months or at body weight less than 5 kg.
The use of the preparation in the form of tablets in children under five years of age is contraindicated.
