Instructions for Pinosol

Pharmacological properties Pinosol:

The pharmacological properties of the individual active components of the drug and their mechanism of action are not fully understood. Pinosol has an antiseptic effect, causes hyperemia of the nasal mucosa, stimulates the processes of granulation and epithelialization of tissues.

The antimicrobial effect is characteristic of Scots pine, eucalyptus, peppermint, and thymol oils.
Hyperemia of the mucous membrane caused by the use of the drug Pinosol is caused by the release of endogenous mediators (for example, bradykinin), followed by vasodilation.
Vitamin E improves the processes of granulation and epithelialization of tissues.
The pharmacokinetics of the drug have not been studied.
